Well, they have changed things again. I had been avoiding having E-bay relist for me by deleting items the day before they would relist. Now, with their new page, when I go to "unsold" it says I have none. In :Help" it says I can view them with the "filter". I don't see a filter. Why do they keep "fixing" what isn't broke!!! I don't speak much computer and they are making this really hard. Are they trying to run the little guys off?

If you are using the Seller Hub, look at the Ended Items.

Sorry you have to spend time to delete listings due to the GTC mandate.
I have a technical background and some of the things I see here can be confusing (and sometimes not working properly).

This has nothing to do with a "technical" issue. As we all know, it is by design. Understandably many don't like it, but that does not make it a technical problem nor does it mean it isn't working properly. It is just working differently that many would like to see it work.

I meant to ask you. Do you run over 100 listings per month on a regular basis? If you do, you can save money every month on listing fees, which at 35 cents each will add up quickly, by having the proper store level for your needs. And maybe be able to stop having to end listings to accommodate room for other listings.
Here is a link for your review of the costs and benefits of a Store. Let me know if you have any questions.

I didn't say this was due to a technical issue ... I said "I have a technical background."
Yes, sadly as we all know, this is a poorly designed process change and many don't like it. And yes, I also agree ... it is just working differently than many would like to see it work.

The Seller Hub works pretty well. It does however take a little bit of getting use to as it has far more information than MyEbay. So sometimes when people are learning all the different things that SH can do for them or provide for them it gets confusion or over whelming and they think that Ebay has cause a problem. When it is just a learning curve.
I'd be happy to go over it with you to help you better understand the SH whenever you start using the program. Once you learn it, it is actually quite useful and easy to use.

Thanks for the offer. Waiting for eBay to evolve into something more user friendly before I try to sell here, but maybe 2020 will bring change ...
I think keeping things Simple & Intuitive for Sellers and Buyers, is the best Business Approach for a platform that is open to so many people (many without any selling experience and some with limited computer experience).
If eBay used the Simple & Intuitive or SI method, then Sellers could "Sell It" easier.

Most any site has room for improvement, without exception. It is a subjective thing. Ebay isn't immune to that.
Ebay is a great place to sell. The vast majority of transactions go off without issue. If that wasn't the case, sellers wouldn't even bother to come here and sell. Are there issues with transactions from time to time. Absolutely. But it isn't the case for most transactions. The problematic transactions can be frustrating and time consuming to work through which adds to the negative feelings about them to say the least. But that doesn't mean the site doesn't function well over all. If that were the case, none of us would be here.
SI is an interesting concept. Not that I agree it could be applied to a site like Ebay, but still an interesting concept.
