tracking uploaded time question

I'm a top rated seller. Today I accidentally missed mailing a package that was ordered at nearly 2 AM today but ebay goes by California time and is counting it as sold on the 15th (yesterday) instead of the 16th.

I had 13 transactions so far this month. Judging by ebay's "tracking uploaded on time and validated" you'd need at least 20 transactions to get 95% by missing just one package. I see I was evaluated March 1 - May 31 with 100%. Ebay says they evaluate your tracking over the course of 3 months. It says in my dashboard next evaluation June 20, 2017.

Would I still have top rated status throughout the next months so long as I continue to sell more items and mail within a day?

tracking uploaded time question

Your June 20 evaluation is based on your sales from March 1 - May 31.

Your July 20 evaluation is based on your sales sales from Apeil 1 - June 30.

If you have 20 or more sales in any three month period you will remain above 95% with only one late upload.

tracking uploaded time question

So there is a 2 month overlap for each 3 month evaluation correct? Thank you for the information.
