I purchased an item last week and I cannot find a usps tracking number. Where should I look?? thanks

If the seller added one, the tracking number is in the order under your Purchase History.

Go to your purchase history and find your purchase, if the seller has uploaded the tracking it will appear there under the listing, then you can enter into the site to track.

If it has not been uploded message your seller and ask them if they can provide the tracking number to you

Sellers are not required to provide a tracking number. Yes they are subject to to a INR case.. There are many sellers that ship light weight stuff (decals, trading cards, false eye lashes, etc) via a plain white envelope and a postage stamp or two.
