I sold my product for a person who received the merchandise, signed the receipt and canceled the payment. I work with Ebay for more than 8 years and you guys said that you cannot do anything about. How is it possible? How the sellers can trust on Ebay if it cannot support us? This is unaceptable!!!!

This sounds like a law enforcement problem of theft and fraud. Report it to them.
eBay is not law enforcement.
Buy the way need more info from you: how was this payment canceled??
What was the payment method??

Are you saying they filed a chargeback with their credit card company?
If you can give us a little more information, we might be able to better guide you?

I assume that you provided eBay with the tracking number and the signature conformation when they asked for it, correct? Not that it will do you any good, but you can try filing a Mail Fraud case on the USPS website and police reports for thief with their city's PD and yours. The FBI also has a website for reporting internet fraud. Since it was over $1000, you might get some action.
