suddenly unable to reprint a shipping label?

What happened to the option to reprint a label?  I am only able to void and/or purchase a new one.

go to Seller Hub

select "orders" at top

select "shipping labels"

find your order

choose from right side choices

In seller hub go to Orders --> Shipping Labels , next to item use drop down menu to print another shipping label

Can't help you this time. In the future, when the "Print Label" page opens, always click on the download link and select "Save" and click OK in the download box. Then click on "Print" and print the label. You will then have a PDF copy of the label available if you need it later.
