store subscription fees?

i was just looking over my sales reports and fees.  I noticed my subscription fees are $90.94 a month..

this doesn't make sense..  I have a premium store ,, which i subscribe to yearly,, shouldn't that be 59.95 a month??  am i missing something obvious??  I am going to be livid if ebay has been overcharging us.!

omg,,, now i'm mad!.... somewhere along the line,, ebay started chargeing me month to month for store fees..instead of the yearly subscribtion rate!  instead of 59.95 a month.. they are charging me 74.95  a month..

so now I get to look forward to calling ebay and waiting an hour or more trying to get the right rep to figure out what happened and then have them credit me back .

Ebay has an option to ask THEM to call YOU. They respond quickly (in my experience) about 5-10 minutes usually. I have not called directly/waited on hold with them for years, unless you are changing from department-to-department. Just thought I would throw the option out there. Hope you are able to resolve the issue quickly.

OK,just an update,.  Ebay had indeed changed the amount they were charging me ,, they changed my yearly subscribtion price  to month to month..  Apparently when they gave three months free store fees after last years disasters.  somehow they changed my subscribtion.     anyway,, they did credit me the overcharges for the last 4 months..

Im glad you wrote this as I just realized they changed mine in october and I have been paying $50 a month more since then.  They credited me for one month due to the chaos then and that may have been what changed the billing.  I definately did not change it.
