some buyer ask me for a offer .I give them offers but they didn't pay .and also there accounts are made in nearly.it means the account created in yesterday or day before yesterday. they don't have any feedbacks. now i have so many orders without paying.be careful like that buyers. They didn't pay and send they are phone numbers and tell them to us ''please text me to this number'' . first I thought they are really buyers but they didn't.so be careful like that buyers my friends

The "text me" scammers are using the "best offer" feature because it does not require "immediate payment" and allows them time to try out their scam program on you. Unfortunately, when they use the the "best offer" feature you don't get to know you have a scammer of this sort until you accept. You can report these buyer's on the site (for trying to take the sale off ebay or some such), and/or the option to "cancel the order for non-payment" will appear in five days.
They are not going to pay. They want your contact info so they can send you a phony message saying you have been paid. If you play the "text me" game, they are then going to want some pre-paid gift cards included for which they will (not) pay you either.
New sellers are a scam magnet for all sorts of nefarious activity. Read here, educate yourself, you have to be smarter than the typical criminal.
