sold items being put into unsold folder by eBay

Recently eBay has been putting my sold items into the unsold folder. I am unable to even invoice the buyer. Eventually they leave and go to the sold folder but today it is several hours already and they are still in unsold. This has happened in the past but more frequently recently. Is there some way I can manually move them? eBay does not reply to my help emails. What can I do?

Something similar happened on Feb 28 2021 which eBay attributed to a latency issue. Too many listings renewing today on this short month and it can impact listings showing up in unsold instead of sold.

I'd expect this to be back to "normal" by tomorrow. If you see the problem recur after today come back and post an update.
