Are you saying that calculated shipping is not available as an option when you create a listing?

Or are you wondering why eBay doesn't provide a shipping calculator for your convenience to help you set a fixed shipping cost when you create a listing?

Or do you mean something else?

The shipping calculator does not appear within the Create Listing screen.
You can look at it in a separate window.
