set up handing time

Hello all sellers, when I add a new listing, there is no setting to set the handling time in the ebay system. How to set the handling time? please help thank you 🙏

When you list or revise your item it's under  "shipping details".

There is a drop-down menu.

@partsworld-668  Are you using the new listing tool (Is the first thing you see when you create or edit a listing the Photographs)? If yes, go to Delivery, then Edit all options. You'll see Package Details, then under that Handling Time. Click the arrow to the right on Handling Time. You can then choose how many days you want.

If you're using the previous (the first thing you see is the Title) listing tool, scroll down to Shipping Details and you'll see the drop down menu for handling time as inhawaii suggested. I hope this helps!

Did you create shipping policies under business policies? You can specify handling time in your shipping policies and when you create a new listing you'll be able to select the desired shipping policy.
