What does a seller do when he continually receives threatening messages - including photos of the harrasser holding a gun and stating that he is going to kill my family - all because he disagrees with a title on one of my auctions?
This is what a member is doing now.
another did the same thing this morning. Most likely, this one contacted one of his buddies to continue the harrassment after I reported him to eBay.
I've reported this last one to eBay TWICE. Yet, he still persists in sending these threatening messages.
What to do?

Wow - just when I think I have read it all on here.
OP - please listen to those who posted to contact your local LE and do it asap. Goodness, this is scary to think about.

You contacted eBay, but not law enforcement? Why? This is a crime, possibly Federal.

"What does a seller do when he continually receives threatening messages - including photos of the harrasser holding a gun and stating that he is going to kill my family..."
I think it'd be time to report it to Law Enforcement.

Immediately report such behavior to eBay at this link:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/member-behavior-policies/membertomember-contact-policy?id=4262
There is a link in the policy page that directs your report to the right place.
I would also contact the authorities. So sorry this is happening to you.

Do not respond to these messages or communicate your intentions to go to the authorities.
If they are using the mail to threaten you, also report the abuse to the US Postal investigators. If they are using email, report to your internet provider and to the FBI internet crime complaint center. (This can be done online at ic3.gov )
What happened that got this buyer upset?

Do not reply to those messages @thefirstc300.
Add the IDs to your blocked list here. Call your local police to report it. Make sure your police know they can use eBay's law enforcement portal.

And now that you recognize the IDs and email addresses, you can either Delete them unread, or mark them as read (without reading) and file them for future use.

contact the police. ebay support is mostly brain dead and a bunch don't speak any english. reporting this to ebay is a waste of time.

You print out his message as well as the photo of the idiot holding his gun and you take it to your local police. I cannot imagine what else you are waiting for.

Contact the police and/or sheriff's department in your area.
Where I live this is considered a terroristic threat and the perp (if convicted) heads to the state pen. If the perp means it, he gets ten years w/no parole. If the perp was "just kidding" he gets at least a year and a day.

OP says that it was a complaint about the title of his auction. I assume its the Bill Clinton challenge coin with 'Slick Willy' in the title.
