prior to Christmas I sold something. The buyer paid and I immediately sent the article priority mail. After being very patient and never having had the delivery received, she asked for and I granted the refund on January 13. She notified me that the article finally arrived on January 21 and wants me to send an invoice so she can pay for it. I don't see a way to do this. Can anyone help me with how to do it?

Send paypal information to the buyer or send invoice using paypal. Last time this happened eBay told me to do so as there was no other way after case was closed already.
Someone from ebay said - we cannot force buyer to give you money back but if they choose to then provide them with paypal information and sort it out between yourself.
Basically - ebay can't help with it.

Assuming both you and the buyer have PayPal accounts, you can send the buyer an invoice through PayPal.
You can find your buyer's email address by following these steps:
(Find the appropriate transaction.)
(On the left-hand side of that transaction, activate the dropdown menu.)
(You should see the buyer's email address.)
Once you've found your buyer's email address, here are the instructions on how to create and send an invoice through PayPal:
