I am using eBay from a computer by connecting my phone connection cause I don't have a Wi-Fi connection. As a seller , could it cause my account to be suspend?

Why?  I use my phone and my laptop.  Using your phone as a hotspot is not going to be an issue.

Public wifi, hotel wifi.....might be an issue.

You will probably not have a problem. Avoid signing into eBay on other people's internet connections. Don't let other people sign into eBay using your internet connection. If that person gets a suspension, you can also get one because you are associating yourself with these other people.

I have a home overseas where I don't have wi-fi so I used my phone's "hotspot" to connect to another device.  I usually do not sell when I am overseas but I have connected to my Ebay account and never had any issues.  But due to covid I have not been over at that home for almost 3 years now and security protocols may have changed.
