I am a new seller on eBay. Still I couldn't list my first listing. Because corvid 19 situation. I will hope to start my listing as soon as possible. now what can  I do as a new seller

If you can't ship, you shouldn't be selling.

If you do sell and you can't ship, eBay will take steps to ensure you can't sell.

Wait until you can ship, then list your item(s).
