EBAY does not have your back as a seller EVER! I shipped a perfect funko pop, not a mark on it for 46.75. Of course, since he doesn't wanna pay that much for a pop, he claims damage. He then threatens me with leaving negative feed if I don't refund him, which is against EBAY policy. I notify them of this and ask does EBAY support me. "Nope" As a top rated seller, with over 700 ships, why would I play this guys game. You have to put your foot down eventually and say no! But will I win this argument, heck no, oh and btw I once got accused of mailing a funko pop toy in an envelope, which is physically impossible. You know who lost that case, yup me. They're gonna run out of sellers and everyone has their toys r us moment. Good luck EBAY!

that's exactly i did. "ok good so it's on record?" yes sir it is.
20 minutes later I call back cuz I knew the idiot wasn't listening. "The last thing we have from you is from June 1st."
Really? Because I got off the phone with an agent 20 minutes ago.
Let me transfer you...on hold
Hello, and gotta start all over. You have the messages. It's on record, right?
Yes Sir it is
Forgive me, but that's what the last guy said.
The only job of an EBAY operator is to get you off the phone.

Report this buyer for feedback extortion. Request cs to undertake a review of the ebay messages.

What did you mean by "does eBay support me"? Yes, eBay will probably support you if by "support" you mean they would remove a negative in a case of extortion. But no, eBay will not support you if by "support" you mean rule in your favor in a SNAD case.
They're gonna run out of seller
I've been hearing this argument for over a decade now, and the number of sellers and the number of items listed just keeps on climbing.

You sold a thing.
The buyer claims it is damaged.
You do not send a Return Shipping Label.
You refuse to refund.
blah blah blah threats blah blah blah hissy fitsblah blah blahcustomer serviceblah blah blah angry post to Seller Board.
This is business. It's not personal.
Send the Return Shipping Label.
Get the item back.
If he doesn't use the label, it will be reimbursed.
If he sends it back, refund and relist.
If he sends it back damaged.... now you have something to talk to customer service about.
Boys and their toys.... men are so emotional.

Sellers need to organize against eBay. As individuals no one has any power.

Hi, sorry to hear of your troubles. Just wanted to encourage you to start a new thread if you want your sentiments to be discussed. No one will see your post at the tail end of an old thread. The moderator will lock the thread when they see the date, as well. There are folks hear in the forum waiting to assist an eBayer in need. So please consider posting a new topic. Good luck to you and hope things get better.
