I don't know what I'm suppose to do to get my seeling limits increased. Have 100% feedback and a 100% shipping rate. And as far as I know you can't go over 100%

Call ebay and talk to seller vetting dept and they will explain it to you in detail. There is no rule set in stone, they approve or deny in a case by case basis. Thanks

You can also get automatic limit increases when the ebay bots run an internal sweep or something. If they see that you've been performing great and good volume increase, they will give you a limit boost. I think they do this every month or something. There are many factors for them to determine your "performance"
