Hello, my ebay score seems to be stuck at 49 for a couple of months. i have 54 reviews in the last 12. All rating are positive (100%), and i have never had a negative or neutral review. does anyone know the reason my rating has not changed?

You've sold 35 items in the last month. You have received 5 feedbacks. What that means is only 5 of 35 people have given you feedback. Some people wait until they purchase many items and leave feedback all at once. Some people never leave feedback. It does not matter how many feedback you gave. Wait it out, eventually those numbers will slowly go up.

If I understand your question correctly...
It's not a rating, it's buyer feedback.
Many buyers don't bother leaving it. And, after they get a few hundred, many sellers don't care much about getting more.
Don't worry about it. And DO NOT ask your buyers to give you feedback. Some get angry at the request. You should leave feedback for your buyers though. Many will also get mad if you do not.

I believe that if I buy 3 items from you the 3 individual feedbacks I leave for you in the same week only counts as one up top (49)

IME it is best to NEVER ask a buyer to leave feedback. Sometimes no news is good news, some buyers hate to be asked to leave it....yada yada yada,

If you have multiple transactions with one member in the same week, the feedback left for those transactions will only increase your score by 1. For instance, multiple feedback from hasbro-toy-shop.
