Can someone explain to me why the buyer is at fault when a seller who has been selling for a while now and and had excellent reviews but has sold some fake shoes in the past doesn't know how to put in the description of the shoes in correctly . They don't know the difference between new and used . then when I leave feed back that the seller sold shoes that didn't pass authenticity that why I got a refund from eBay they get mad and message me to change my feed back. saying they forgot to put in the information in correctly . and I replied ill but the shoes again and if they pass authenticity that I will change my feedback . Then I get a message from eBay that i extorted the seller lol what a joke ! Ebay removed my feedback. That's called bad buisness and will never buy from that seller again. If you're not smart enough to put in the information in correctly the seller should try to make it right.

If what you received was not as described, like "used" but had been described as "new", did you not just open an item not as described case as offered in the MBG?
Have you read the information about how the MBG protects buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong?

more information needed, but this is what I see.
1. you claim the seller has sold fake shoes in the past. Why did you even buy?
2. Why did you not communicate with the seller on any issues / questions / additional photos you may have before buying?
3. We (all viewers) would like to see this extorted email notice from eBay. My guess is the seller sent a request for you to revise your feedback since you have been fully refunded. Not eBay personally.

They had 1 bad review out of hundreds so I gave it a chance and it was returned before I could even receive the item . the seller sent me an email to change my review after I posted it . I then offered to buy them again because he said the reason why it didn't pass ebay inspection was because the were used and he put them down as new. so I agreed to change my review as long as they passed authenticity from ebay . How is that extortion ?

If you have been refunded, can you explain what more you expect?

lol reread what this is about. They say I extorted the seller and so they removed the feedback I left . That's what I'm asking about . it's called a question. I don't want anything but an answer . That's why I asked "how is this extortion?"

Evidently, eBay interpreted your statement that you would change your FB if they passed authenticity as FB extortion.

The negative feedback you left for the seller is still there for all to see, so eBay did not remove it.
