seller level wrong, not updating transactions

for 2 or 3 months they have not updated my seller level overall transactions so it won't let me go up, can I request for them to look into it?

Try reaching out on social media (seems to be helpful for many of us who did)

Send them a private message (message button in upper right of landing page)

In the private message, include your Seller ID, a brief summary of your issue(s) and include an email address/phone number for the CS individual to contact you back.

"Overall transactions"?

I think you mean total transactions in the past 12 months. For seller metrics only transactions from the last 12 months count.

What is likely happening is your transactions from last year are falling off the backend and you are not doing enough current transactions to make up the difference.
