As a new seller you will have listings limits and Paypal holds until you prove you are trustworthy.

There are 2 selling forms.  The Quick Listing Form has limited options.  The more advanced/business form has more options not available with the QLF.

I recommend when you want to list select sell similar from one of your listings and use that as a template making the changes needed.  For me it's a timesaver.  Take close up pictures of the tags on the clothing and the ones attached on the collars and seams.  If you're going to sell expensive brands that are counterfeited take more pictures of differences for reassurance.
