seller account problems

i feel my selling account is going down hill fast i have gotten 2 vero notices for items that are not in the reasons why it was removed. one was a for medical devices and it is not a medical device or anything in the list i was given with the notice its for dentures. another one was for firearms and accessories and again it was not on the list of items i was given it was pieces of plastic that had nothing to do with anything on the list. and then two more vero notifications and one 3 day restriction i did my research on ebay if i could sell it on ebay i checked the vero list and the packing and the companys website and nowhere did it say not to sell it not for resale etc. i contact support by phone they call and i cant get help from anyone its the same script someone has got to have a answer or can help me.  

i also get different answers from reps one tells me to wait 4 more days on a return and if the buyer does not respond to me to call back and it will be removed and awarded in my favor i call back after the 4 days and the rep says wait another 3 days and  call back we will close the return out if no response so i wait and the morning of the 3rd day the return is closed in buyers favor when i received no response from them and the rep i called can give me no information on why the return was closed in buyer favor.

and the ungodly amount of returns that i have been getting for false reasons when you can look at the description  or the pictures and see that it is exactly what they purchased and when i tell them that they open a return i give ebay my proof that im in the right and ebay still sides with them with no return and refunding them from my funds.

i just dont know what to do anymore and no there is not more to the story this is the gods honest truth of what i have been dealing with.

any help is greatly appreciated  

selling on ebay is not new to me i have plenty of know how and experience with ebay.

Nobody can "help" if you don't reveal EXACTLY what you were selling.

In addition, you start off talking about a Vero takedown and then in the next paragraph you seemed to have moved on to talking about returns.

I doubt anyone here can figure out what the actual issues are.

i am all over the place because it's just not one issue. and i am to the breaking point because even calling support about individual problems and then calling again for the other problem and not getting any help from them after spending over 20 hours talking to support and waiting a week  for emails and  days for return calls that never come.
