selecting "30-day" return?

hi all,

I'm trying to set up "30-day return, Buyer pays" policy on my offerings, but I cannot find where to select that option? I would expect it under "Return Preferenes" ot "manage Returns", but no luck?

If you're opted into Business Policies, you'll have at least one Return Policy from there.  You can use that to change it to whatever you want.  If you don't use Business Policies, I'm not entirely sure where you change it, but here's the eBay instructions: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/handling-return-requests/setting-rules-re...

thanks for replying. unfortuntaely, I'm not using "business policies" and I still can't figure out how to get to the old "Seller accepts 30-days returns" option?
