i list 500 auctions every friday.many items do well so i send out second chances..the buyer contacts me and says I don,t ship to there state which is not true.all second chances buyers say the same thing,even international custumers as well...I am losing money so i contact ebay and they say there a glitch,well this has been going on for over a month..I called ebay atllease 15--20 times over a month..these representatives don,t understand the seriously of my problem....they speak in chinese and just don,t understand the problem...I have spoken to supervisors they say we understand and trying to fix the problem..I have told them I am losing money and so is ebay...I AM STRESSED out calling again and being on hold for 40 minutes..my problem going on its 5th week,ebay just does,nt care.I have been on ebay 24 years and a platimun powerseller 20% of my sales are 2nd chances
