Hello everyone! I just started to sell items recently. People messages me phone number. Is that scam?

i didnt share my phone number.

Yes it could be scammers attempting to scam you. Do not respond you can report and block the buyers wanting your phone number within the message .IMG_0658.jpeg

its a scam, they want to leave ebay's messaging to either offer payment outside of ebay or something else thats prohibited on ebay. The faster they get off ebay messaging the faster ebay can't track what they are saying/protect you. What they want to do once they're off is limitless, could be a google voice scam, could be a normal scam, who knows, tl;dr stay away.

Good for you, not falling for the "text me" scammer.  Watch out for their cousins the "change of address" scammers.  Both are scam attempts that you can control.  Others not so much, but read here often, ask questions if you are not certain.  

A newbie ID is likely going to be a scam magnet for a while.  Knowledge is power, and good luck to you.

The great truth is there isn't one
And it only gets worse since that conclusion...
...There is something about the rigid posture of a proper, authentic blind
As if extended arms reached to pass his blindness onto others.
