You are only covered under seller protection if the item is shipped to the address on the account.
I would cancel the transaction with the reason being "something wrong with the buyer's address" so eBay won't ding you.

Don't do it. As other person said cancel the sale something wrong with buyers address. Tell them to correct their address. Relist and then they buy again with the correct address. Your not covered if you manually change the address.

Do NOT do especially if the item is more than 10 bucks. If it's an expensive item, more than 90% of the time its a scammer. He/she will open a claim with ebay and of course, ebay will give them a full refund. You will have lost the item and the money and on top of that , ebay still charges you their fees. Do NOT do it.

Do not ship to any other address than the one Ebay tells you to ship. You will not be covered in the event of a non receipt. Do not accept any other payments outside the Ebay platform other than the ones that Ebay provides on your selling pages. Tell them no.
