I'm not sure if it works, but in addition to dotCOM, you could try listing on other eBay sites as well.
I would suggest Australia, Canada, UK and Ireland, since these are all English language sites.
Your location remains Pakistan, since you will be shipping from there. (This affects both delivery time and import fees.)
You will have to list in the currency of the site. Be careful because the USA, Canada and Australia all call their currency 'dollars' but they have very different values.
As you know, your listing will appear on a national site Search in the local currency, but on the listing itself it will appear in both the customer's currency and in the site currency.
