restriction in the usa and canada market because of high INR% rate

Hello everyone.
my ebay account got restricted from selling and listing in the USA and Canadian markets because I had a high INR%, the not received cases were opened in May and june of 2023, 4 out of 6 were closed in my favor since the tracking shows that the products were delivered, but they still affected my account for 12 months which is stupid if you ask me.
i just want to know if the account will be reinstated after 6 June if this year since the cases will be removed from my account, this is what an ebay agent told me, but I hope I can get the answer from someone who had the same experience.

I don't know if anyone here from the ebay.com boards will have the answer since the BBE initiative is not in effect for most sellers that visit here.

If the BBE initiative is treated like most Trust and Safety issues, I expect there will not be any exception handling except in extremely rare cases.

There is no downside to restricting more International sellers. Except for those sellers.

China since you have no control over the shipping process.
