My account is restricted for bad behavior. I have had issues with USPS, but not one buyer has ever lost a penny. I have only 3 neutral feedbacks including one about sales tax which I have nothing to do with. My good feedback is reflective of my efforts to service e-bay buyers as best as possible. Now, I am down to almost no sale listings, or dollar limits. Worst of all, the 'bay doesn't seem interested in hearing from me, or others restricted like this. A very sad situation and poor contact with the sellers. DB
