I've lost a couple sales because ebay's app doesnt' let a buyer put items in their cart and request a invoice from seller. I'm about to lose another one because the app won't let the buyer request a invoice, they put in cart and nothing, even did a buy it now and not paid and still doesn't show up on my end. Anyone know a round about to this problem, tired of losing customers.

It is NOT just the app. Even on a computer or tablet the "commit to buy and continue shopping with this seller" has been basically removed as an option. eBay directs a buyer to check out..Pay or else. We have been told repeatedly, that this is "working as intended" and you are not the only one that has an issue with this.

Sadly, this is true.

Not sure they want it fixed, they want us all to offer 'free shipping' instead to make it 'easier' on buyers.
I have a customer who currently has to use the computer at her local library when she wants to buy multiple spools of thread as there is no 'request total from seller' on the app as she only has her phone since her lap top died.
Ever tried using the classic ebay site from a phone?...LOL
Really don't want to to go down the route of adding $3 onto every spool of thread or every yard of fabric and brag its 'Free Shipping' when it really isn't free, Its always cheaper to fill a flat rate box or envelope and pay correct postage than 10 lots of built in 'Free Shipping'

You have a couple of options...refund excess postage or ask them what they want and make a special listing
