reported vero copyright infringement but seller keeps relisting

I reported a seller for copyright infringement, after the removal of the listings, they relist again and again. 4 vero removals within 24 hours but this seller keeps relisting. Please advise, thanks.

Did you file a properly completed NOCI?

If the listing has been taken down by ebay and they relisted it again, they will not be on ebay much longer.

If the seller keeps re-listing, he is racking up violations that may cause him to be suspended.

Just let ebay do their thing. He should be restricted any time now. He got a warning for the first offense and ignored it. He then got sanctioned 3 times and ignored them. Dooms day is right around the corner. Ebay has measures in place to deal with this (and since it involves a seller, they will deal with it).

This can be a real problem when we report sellers or buyers for breaking the rules.  It just doesn't get handled as we'd like to see it.  In this particular case it is a bit strange.

Just out of curiosity, what is the item, and how is the other seller violating your rights over it?  Is it something you created and they are duplicating it, or using pictures that are yours, or is it something you created, sold, and they are simply reselling it?

If it is the former, then you are right to complain.  If it is the latter, and they have no contract with you, then that would be abuse of the VERO program.

So which is it?  You are not providing enough information here.

the seller stole my original image from my website and use it on ebay. As of right now, ebay vero team had removed his listing 7 times but he continue to relist. No restriction on this seller yet.

Are they just using your image? or a product that you have copyright to?
