Why is it every time i list a vape related item it gets removed and i get punished but other sellers can sell the same exact item and ebay does not bother them. I have even reported these sellers and each listing but nothing ever happens and the seller continues to sell that same item. This is totally unfair to me and i was a top rated seller for many years selling this same item. I dont sell the vape liquid just a replacement part. If other sellers can sell this product than i should be able to also. My next step is to contact a lawyer because this is unfair practices on ebays part. I believe that these sellers that are not being bothered even after reporting them to ebay must work for ebay. I was told the FDA has told ebay that they are no longer able to sell these items on ebay. So if this is the case than no one should be allowed to sell vape related items on ebay.

Vaping stuff can't be sold on eBay. Period. Your listings were justifiably removed. You can report other listings if you'd like. Chances are they'll be removed at some point, too, as soon as eBay gets to them. Here's the policy, in case you haven't read it:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/tobacco-policy?id=4273

And, no, those sellers don't work for eBay.

Keep trying to list those items on eBay, and, before long, you won't have to worry about selling anything.

As my mom used to tell me when I was about 13, "Don't worry about what other people are doing. Just worry about what YOU are doing."

"I have even reported these sellers..."

For selling the "same exact item" that you do?

I guess they are doing the same thing that you are doing to them. Maybe it's a numbers game.

It is a numbers game; there are only 180,000,000 members on ebay and over 1 Billion listings. It could take years for these types of things to catch up.

The OP just happened to be the one the cop pulled over....

What I meant was that maybe the listings are pulled based on the number of individual reports of that listing, I'm just speculating....

You are playing chicken with your selling account right now by listing those vape components after getting in trouble. Why do you have them up? Ebay will ban you if you persist.

Not only will they suspend you, they can charge you the seller fees for the removed listings. Ebay will then aggressively pursue their fees, handing you over to a collection agency if necessary. Is this really worth it to you?? Below is the policy that outlines what happens when listings get removed, and why eBay removes some but not others.
