Please, can someone help me with this issue, I sell natural branded supplements made in the USA and today a list of mine has been removed.
I don't understand much about it, we are not selling anything that is against eBay regulations. Do I have how to appeal about this?
I upload the photo of my product that was removed ----------------------------------------------------------------------- We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy. Prescription drugs, or drugs containing prescription-strength medication, are not allowed.
Please understand that you have listed the item that is out of its original packaging. All medicinal items prescription or not should be sold only when they are intact and in its original manufacturing package. Also, the images must show the brand name along with ingredients on the manufacturer box itself.
You can't relist items we've ended. Please ensure your current and future listings follow this policy.
- Prescription drugs or drugs containing prescription-strength medication cannot be listed
- Over-the-counter medication containing non-prescription strength drugs must:
- Clearly state the concentration of the prescription drug in the description
- Not be expired prior to reaching the buyer and clearly state the expiration in the description
- Herbal, holistic, or drug-like remedies can’t imply any non-government-approved treatments or be compared to any prescription drug
- The item is not allowed to claim any health benefits from legal substances that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hasn’t approved
Because you may not have been aware of this policy, we're sending this notice to educate you about it and ask that you follow this policy in the future.
- Listings that didn't follow this policy have been ended.
- We have credited all associated fees except for payment processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).
Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will be ended. In addition, there will be a temporary 3-day restriction placed on your account, and your other listings will be hidden from the search during this period. All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from the search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
We don’t allow the listing of prescription drugs; we restrict the listing of other drugs to protect the safety of our members and to follow government regulations.

you have listed the item that is out of its original packaging.
That seems pretty straightforward.
Were your listings for a product that was not in its original sealed package?
And this is what webmd has to say about the product. Note the side effects part.
https://www.webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingredientmono-1126/berberine
Basically, if the product does nothing it's keeping the user from finding effective medication.
And if it is effective, the side effects are scary.
Web.md indicates that the usefulness of the drug are untested.

"Please understand that you have listed the item that is out of its original packaging. All medicinal items prescription or not should be sold only when they are intact and in its original manufacturing package."
Maybe it's the stock photo showing the capsules out of the package that got it pulled...?
