Why can't I relist my items on my smartphones?  When I try, I get the following error message: There was a problem relisting your item.  This happens when eBay suggests I lower the price to attract more buyers.

Not sure I just relisted 6 items on the eBay app for Android

I noticed that you have not switched over to MANAGED PAYMENTS which is mandatory if you want to continue selling on EBAY (this could be why you cannot relist your items).  EBAY no longer uses Pay Pal to managed their payments.

MANAGED PAYMENTS requires that you provide CHECKING ACCOUNT#, SS#.     Name of your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile page must be EXACT MATCH or you application may be denied.

With MANAGED PAYMENTS it takes 5-7 days after the sale before money is deposited into your checking account.   EBAY deducts shipping costs & fees (whatever is left is deposited into your account).
