relisting auction items in bulk

Anyone else having issues with relisting auction items in bulk? I keep getting a RED Alert notice, that says "Seller requirements not met Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay. Please review the requirements and update your account before listing on eBay.". I've called the help line this morning and spoke with a rep who said the problem was at e-bay's end in the bulk listing function and it wpould be fixed shortly. Well, it is now midnight and no solution yet. I can relist one at a time but not in bulk; not even two. What's up with that? Got any answers? Thanks you.

Yup and the hits keep coming and The Beat Goes On and On and On!!! I spoke with customer service yesterday (nice guy-very understanding, agreebale and compassionate) but still heard the same old song and dance: "tech dept. knows and is working on solvng the problem. It's complex and difficult".  But they don't mind taklng our money. Only work around solution still is list one at a time. Now I can't bulk list items in my Draft Folder either. Anybody else have same issue? We all need to band together and make some noise.

Okay folks... I may have had a breakthrough on the "Seller requirements not met Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay." issue. So, it would be great if someone could confirm this.

I had an item in my "ended/unsold" folder that I had been saving for a very long time.

A couple of days ago I relisted that item. After 9 months of having to relist things one at a time, I am back to being able to do bulk relisting.

Hi Cleaning......,

JUst checked my unsold folder and did a test. Yay!!! No more Alert warning etc. Yahoo. Now I can get back to business as usual. However, now for last two weeks I've an even bigger problem. Dispute between overseas buyer and myself, claiming I described item wrong and wants full refund. He paid with PayPal and Ebay placed HOLD on my managed payments till issue in the hands of Resolution Team is resolved. Though I described it properly and fastidiously in detail buyer didn't read description thoroughly. Nevertheless, I had offered a reasonable partial refund which he accepted but now has renegged on that and now raised his original refund request to what he paid. Ebay informed me that Paypal has to intiate the release and things are in a wait and see holding pattern. very frustrating dealing with buyers who don't speak your language or vice versa and worse than that don't understand the context. I have even translated my english to German in my emails to him, for his convenience, but DUH!!! Anyone got suggestions how I can expedite and favorably resolve this issue? Thanks.

Did your bulk list option just suddenly start working or did you do something different?

Be grateful that you are being handled by Paypal. Ebay ALWAYS Sides with the buyer.

I sold a speaker for "broken-parts", the buyer started a case stating that the speaker was not as described because it did not work (duh). Ebay sided with him and I had to pay return shipping.

Similar issue with Paypal. They sided with me the seller since my description described the item well... but the buyer put up such a fit that they also refunded him.... go figure.

I recently had an issue with an international buyer. We settled it with a partial refund. I will NEVER do an international transaction again. The cost of paying shipping in both directions is to much of a risk.....

Yes, I dread the thought of it happening to me and have considered curtailing all international sales. PP & EB both know they have us vendors over barrel with little if any power. But power is in the numbers and millions of us exist. Time for action may be approaching.
