Hi.Someone commented on a product that I offered as a fake . I dont know what is purpose is. I have proof with pictures that is original on the same advertisement the serial number of the product

I believe that review is about the product in general.  It has nothing to do with you or your shop.  Happy Selling.

Generally, use of the manufacturer's number is what makes those "product reviews" appear on your listing.  As others have said, it has nothing to do with YOU.  I don't know if it still is true, but 'anyone' used to be able to rate the product, even if they never even purchased it here.  Anybody selling the same thing on eBay will have the exact same "product review" stuff on their listing as well.

You will need to toughen up if you want to survive selling on eBay, being offended is a wasted emotion, it is not personal, it is business. Up to you if you have what it takes.........

This review is not for your listing it's generally for product. nothing to woory
