refund the seller

Hello I sold and sent one item which was quite late arriving at the indicated address. After a while the customer opened the request and the percentage of items was still not there I refund his money. About ten days later, I received information that the item had arrived at the requested address. What should I do now? I sent a message to the customer about the refund, but he of course did not respond. Thanks in advance

Unless the purchaser returns the items or contacts you for a way to pay you: (if you refunded voluntarily) you can do nothing.

 

If ebay refunded for you can try for a appeal of the case showing the items arrived. May or may not work.
