refund issues

This morning I just recently purchased an item that was $9.00 and the seller gave me a refund but when i tried to buy something else with my refund money it didnt work. 

My card was a non-reloadable walmart visa gift card.... i used credit/debit card and i dont have a paypal account.

Refunds go back to the original payment source.  I do not know how it works if you use a non-reloadable Wal-Mart gift card.  If you use a debit/credit card, any refund would go back to that payment source.

Since it was a card, the refund could take a few weeks to show up.

Did you get your refund? I am in the same predicament as you and I am quite frankly worried. Hope everything works well for you.
