Need help. I sent the wrong item to someone and someone else got their item. The other person never responded to my messages about returning the item so I can ship it to the right person so the first person wanted a refund. Being new to Ebay I just refunded the guy but I forgot to get a return shipping label so that they can ship back the wrong item. How can I do this without making them do a ton of work? I feel horrible that this happened and thankfully they are being understanding so I'm hoping that I can get this resolved as easy as possible.

Always best to have buyers open Return Requests so return labels are issued and no refund is made until the item gets back to you.
Unfortunately you can't force a return from anyone at this point, but if your one buyer is still willing to do so open a free PirateShip account and create pay-on-use return label you can email them.

The "return for refund" process must be initiated from the buyer's end, once the buyer has gone to their purchase history and initiated the process you can then approve the return and have ebay issue a label.
