"so you can use the business tool to list items properly" ?

Sellers,

Has anybody ever seen the message below at the top of a listing page? (I work on a desktop and usually click on "sell similar" on one of my current listings, which brings up what I assume to be the standard, detailed listing page.)

I got this while editing a scheduled listing that was completed (using business policies for shipping and returns) yesterday, September 17.

Not one I am familiar with but I opted out of business policies and deleted all the ones eBay had unilaterally setup for me.

Hello. Yes, I just received it myself in trying to use the 'sell similar' option while on Seller Hub. Not sure what is causing this.

You've been directed to the quick / simplified listing tool which is not compatible with biz policies. There are several listing issues going on today. I tagged eBay reps on this discussion for assistance:

This has been a rough week with all the issues and failures. One of my favorite quotes from Star Trek "The more complicated you make the plumbing the easier it is to stop up the drain".

Great Star Trek quote.

Plumbing details: I found an eBay link to the quick listing tool and went there to see what it was. It looked like what I have been using forever: it had fields for setting the usual business policies (payment, returns, shipping). So I'm still trying to figure out which tool is which.
