I'm trying to send a package to China through eBay's International Standard Delivery. I go through all the steps and click purchase. Then it takes me back to the top which shows a red message saying, "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." It has been doing this all day. I've purchased a lot of other kinds of labels today with no problem. I just wish I knew if this was one of those glitches that resolves itself or if I need to try something different. Any ideas?

Are any fields of the Shipping form outlined in red, signaling a problem there? Do all required fields have a value entered?
This might be a bit of a longshot, but are you trying to pay for Shipping using buyer's pending funds, but there are no funds available?

In most of my experience with this issue, it is a problem with the address.

No, none of these things are factors here.

I don't see anything obvious. I even tried to edit it to remove redundant info after reading this but it didn't help.

I just tried using the USPS international option and got the same error.

You may need to verify that address

I did some Google searching and found out that a lot of people have this problem when shipping to China and some recommended using a third-party site. I did that and it worked. It cost a few more dollars but at least I have it done.

I am having the same problem trying to do a label to France thru eBay international i have tried other browsers and nothing. I am sure if we try tomorrow it will be the same thing then we will get a mark for not shipping on time or if you cancel it basically we're damned either way
