Hello!
I've ran into an issue that I've never experienced before. I use the "Send Offer" function to send out offers usually weekly if there are interested buyers on my listings. However, there is one listing I have that will no longer "expire" like all the others after I sent it out. The listing had been live for 3-5 days I think when I first sent out an offer to 10 interested buyers. The listing has now been live for over 10 days and it still says "Offer Sent to Buyers." I cannot "Review all offers" either like I can with every other one of my listings.
Does anyone know why this is? The listing has a ton more watchers/interested buyers now and would love to send a better offer than last time but I am unable to do so. Would hate to have to delete the listing with a lot of people watching just to put it back up.

Just because someone is watching it, doesn't mean they are interested in buying it and they can opt out of receiving offers.
Unless the new watchers have opted into receiving offers, you won't be able to send on offer to watchers that already received an offer on the item.

I understand the difference between interested buyers and watchers but I have yet to come across an instance where 10 times the amount of views and doubling or more of watchers does not also increase interested buyers.
In any case, it is still odd that an offer now sent over a week ago is still active for some reason, so I can't even send a new offer. I found one older post about a similar issue and they had to delete the listing and repost it to fix it. Looks like I may have to go that route unfortunately. I was hoping I wouldn't have to.

Crayonmuffin, I’m having the same problem. Did you end up having to re-list, or did you find another solution?
