"Listing Confirmed" emails?

Are they no longer sending them? Is this a glitch? I didn't change anything in my settings yet for the last 2 days, I'm not getting them.

I don't get confirmation on one ID and I do on the other. Many times you have to go into your settings and check as we've seen people enrolled into the GSP without their knowledge - glitch?? - who knows

When the glitch is fixed, do you happen to know if the emails will catch up and be sent retroactively?
