"Great value, Fast shipping" box a few listing down in a search

Gee, I wonder how many people are getting to this banner going across the search page part way down the searches and stop scrolling? 

"Great value, Fast shipping" with several listing under it going across the page.

I'll have to watch for that.  I haven't seen it yet.

I have not seen the exact scrolling module you describe, however, I have seen one like my screenshot below numerous times over the past few days. I captured the screenshot just a few minutes ago ( I edited out the sellers' IDs). This might be eBay testing sponsored listing placements again.

Wording was different but same thing. Just far enough down the page that if you weren't paying attention, looks like you reached the end of that listing page.

Many a time I have run into "something" going across the page leading me to momentarily think the search results had come to an end.

I suspect many a listing has been missed by the ill-conceived placement of whatever is interjected needlessly into the search results.

I expect nothing less, or is it nothing more, from eBay when they do these things.
