My understanding is that clicking on "Contact Us" gets you a phone call.

Or, if you have a particular problem, we can sometimes help if you'd like to return and offer details.

(insert wry laughter here)  Nope.  They used to have an actual 800 number, for what it was worth,  but did away with it.   

If you go to one of the Help pages and request a callback, one of the subcontracted script kiddies will call you back, but I can't guarentee they will tell the truth about anything or offer any actual help.    Smart money would bet the other way.
