prohibited items to sell

I have a few hundred heat transfers that I was going to list but am not sure if they fall under the prohibited items. Sometimes its difficult to always understand. A large amount of the transfers are rebel flags, confederate flags, etc.

Opinions please

And confederate and battle flags are among the prohibited items.

Those items are still banned here at eBay and many other marketplaces.  You are better off selling them locally.

It does not matter if others are still active on ebay the seller policy clearly states these items are banned from the site.  Also the history behind the battle flag is not important for this thread as the eBay policy over rides that debate.

Not allowed

• Racial slurs

• Items  promoting or marketing intolerance toward religion, sexual orientation, race, or ethnic background

• Slavery items, including reproductions, such as tags, shackles, documents, bills of sale, etc.

• Confederate battle flag and related items with its image
