problem with second chance auctions - buyers get blank page

I've been using the second chance auctions for years. Last night I had several auctions ends. I then sent out several second chance offers to several people. This morning I received messages from 4 different people telling me when they go to purchase the item with second chance, they get a blank screen. Not sure if this is an eBay glitch? or an I doing something wrong? I used the same technique that I've always used.

This is currently happening to me now as a buyer, I'm glad I'm not going crazy. Not sure what to do!
