can i still use pay pal to receive payment for my sales on ebay

No, eBay sellers cannot accept payments through PayPal.  You have to sign up for eBay's Managed Payments program.

No, you must enroll in Managed Payments.    You need to provide checking account (ROUTING# only) and social security# (for tax purposes).   Name on your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied).

No.  Paypal is no longer the payment processor for Ebay.  You need to sign up for managed payments with a bank account.

You need to provide the checking account number as well. The Routing number only identifies the bank.

And all your names must match.
If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith,

you cannot have a bank account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith,

a Managed Payment account as J J  Jingleheimer Smith,

and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.
