And yes this is a new account. but I am very familiar with the eBay I was power seller with hundreds thousands and sale. I sold on eBay for a company. I understand why they would do this. but what I do not understand is just have two sales 1 they release the funds 24 hours after confirmation of delivery. ( with no feedback received from the buyer) the second sale showing delivery and positive feedback from the buyer they're holding the funds

In the meantime I had to pay for shipping on both out of my pocket and they took all their fees out already

now reading their own rules the funds should have been released. the item was delivered and tracking number was put in and I received, positive feedback on the sale 

can anybody tell me why they're still holding the funds and do I get interest on this with them holding the founds

I did ship the item out the item out with signature required   (address was confirmed and buyer was confirmed)

maybe what some people don't understand that this customer has 1928 feedback's all positive and a confirmed eBay er that bought the the item and left a positive feedback

Unfortunately, what ebay 'needs' to do, should do and what they are willing to do, well, those three things are vast distances apart from each other, let alone reality.

Buyers can't get anything but positive feedback.

The feedback that matters is yours and you look to the bots like a new seller.

That does not make it right. I can wait for the money but I don't think it's right. that's what all this is about. for new people on eBay that did a legitimate sale the money should be released within 24 hours I'll delivery with good feedback
