how do u issue a partial refund

Go to Orders, All Orders (click on SEND REFUND).

Did you get it figured out?  Just go to your orders.  Find the correct order.  On the right side of your screen will see View Order Details in blue with a down arrow to the right of it.  Click on the down arrow and get a menu of your options.  Click on Send Refund and then just do what you need to do.  Follow the instructions on your screen.
