I haven't sold for awhile due to family situation but was very disappointed recently when I was unable to print parcel postage through ebay for an item I sold. Took forever of course but was finally told that ebay entered into a contract agreement with USPS to no longer allow us (the sellers) the ability to print these labels. Only priority & first class not sure about media mail. So now anything heavier than 13 ounces must go priority or I have to drive to the post office. Now today I was told I can no longer delete items from my sold page even though they have arrived & feedback has been exchanged. What next??? facebook marketplace is looking better all the time.

They removed that option a few months ago.
You can still offer it, just can't buy the labels on Ebay, but you can on Pay Pal for the same price.

You can also use Stamps.com to print anything and everything including Parcel postage. No monthly fees for ebay sellers and the tracking info is automatically posted to your Sold listing.

eBay has decided to phase out access to Parcel Select Ground labels, even though USPS has made no changes in their services or policies, and it's offered by all other online postage sellers including PayPal, endicia, stamps.com, etc. I believe that whoever told you about some agreement between eBay and USPS was making it up; other eBay staff have declared that the reason why eBay is discontinuing Parcel Select labels is because it is slow and thus leads to unhappy buyers.
You can purchase Parcel Select Ground postage through PayPal at
www.PayPal.com/shipnow
But do compare prices before you do that. For Zones 1 - 4, the USPS online price for Priority Mail is less than a dollar more than Parcel Select Ground. If you're a TRS you get a 3% discount when purchasing Priority labels through eBay, which often makes it cheaper than Parcel Select
IMHO Parcel Select ground should only be offered when necessary such as for hazmat or Oversize packages (i.e., length-plus-girth above the Priority limit of 108 inches).
If you purchase postage online, the weight limit for First Class packages is 15.99 ounces. If you purchase postage at the PO counter, the weight limit is 13 ounces.
